We are seeking a highly skilled Vice President, Sales and Operations to join our senior management team at nABM, a leading IT solutions provider in Atlantic Canada and Ontario.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring they align with the company's overall growth and quality objectives. They will develop and implement processes and controls to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency as the company expands.
This individual will oversee the delivery of technical services to third-party customers, focusing on workforce optimization and service delivery excellence. They will also identify new business opportunities, lead change initiatives to ensure an optimal client experience, and demonstrate visible leadership through the development of a best-in-class sales team.
The ideal candidate has senior sales leadership experience, strong operational management expertise, preferably in a B2B environment, and a proven track record of expanding customer bases while optimizing delivery to support that expansion.
