Sommaire du poste : Northstone recherche un architecte paysagiste hautement qualifié et créatif pour diriger et participer à la conception et à la réalisation de nos projets extérieurs de luxe. Le candidat idéal possédera une solide expérience en arpentage, en architecture de paysage et une maîtrise d’AutoCAD. La personne retenue devra avoir un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle et être capable d’évoluer dans un environnement de travail dynamique. Responsabilités principales : Réaliser avec précision des relevés de terrain afin d’évaluer les conditions et contraintes du site Élaborer des concepts d’aménagement paysager novateurs et élégants qui surpassent les attentes des clients Collaborer avec les clients, les architectes et les autres membres de l’équipe pour assurer le succès des projets Produire des plans détaillés et des documents de construction à l’aide d’AutoCAD Effectuer des relevés de quantités et des estimations de coûts pour la planification budgétaire Se tenir informé des tendances et technologies émergentes dans l’industrie afin d’assurer des conceptions innovantes Assurer le transfert des projets à l’équipe de construction et collaborer avec les chargés de projet pour la coordination sur le chantier Obtenir les permis, demandes de localisation et autres documents requis Communiquer avec le consultant en aménagement paysager ou l’équipe des ventes pour les approbations et modifications Expérience avec les logiciels de rendu 3D (un atout) Baccalauréat ou maîtrise en architecture de paysage ou dans un domaine connexe Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle en architecture de paysage Maîtrise d’AutoCAD et connaissance de la suite Adobe Creative (un atout) Solide compréhension des relevés de terrain et de l’analyse de site Excellentes compétences organisationnelles Capacité à lire des plans de détails, de construction et de concept Créativité et sens aigu du détail Capacité à travailler dans un environnement rapide et axé sur les délais Solides aptitudes en communication et en relations interpersonnelles Connaissance en horticulture (un atout) Salaire concurrentiel et primes basées sur la performance Possibilités de développement professionnel Environnement de travail stimulant et collaboratif Occasion de participer à des projets haut de gamme et de prestige Si vous êtes un architecte paysagiste talentueux à la recherche d’une opportunité stimulante au sein d’une entreprise spécialisée en aménagement paysager et piscines de luxe, veuillez faire parvenir votre CV et votre portfolio à info@groupenorthstone.com ou postulez directement ici. #J-18808-Ljbffr
