Founding Engineer - Full Stack (Remote, US or Canada) Location: Remote (US or Canada)Salary Range: $225,000 - $260,000 USD We are a rapidly growing, profitable technology startup pioneering a solution to significantly reduce the complexity and high costs associated with launching digital tokens for large enterprises. Our platform automates and streamlines the entire process— which typically costs between $500K and $1.5M—by eliminating hidden "information arbitrage" and providing step‑by‑step guidance, vetted vendor connections, and execution support powered by proprietary technology. As a Founding Engineer - Full Stack, you will play a critical role in developing the core platform, shaping its direction, and ensuring its scalability. What You’ll Do End‑to‑End Ownership: Take full ownership of key product verticals, driving development from conception to deployment Scalable Architecture: Design and build highly scalable, high‑performance systems and execute iterative releases with speed and quality Integrations & UI: Lead technical integrations with major industry vendors and architect intuitive, user‑friendly UIs Product Influence: Actively influence the product roadmap and engage directly with customers to gather feedback and refine features Technology Stack: Work across our core stack: TypeScript, React/Next.js, React Query, and PostgreSQL Requirements Experience: 5—8 years of full‑stack development, with at least 4+ years of engineering experience, ideally within a fast‑paced startup environment Technical Depth: Strong product engineering mindset, with a proven focus on code quality. The ideal candidate will be backend‑leaning Core Technologies: Proficiency in TypeScript and full‑stack development.
