Halma is listed on the London Stock Exchange (LON: HLMA) and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 index.The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling and testing Keeler’s products in accordance with manufacturing instructions to the correct quality standards and the daily Production Plan.It is expected that the Assembly Technician will have at least 2 years continuous experience working in an Instrument or Capital Equipment Assembly and Test Environment with an electro/mechanical skill bias.The individual must be enthusiastic and willing to develop their skills to build sub-assemblies and Ophthalmic instruments. The role will involve both mechanical and electrical assembly. The person should be proficient in handling small mechanical components/assemblies and have previous soldering experience. Attention detail is key to ensure our high-quality standards are maintained.
