Bottling Technician

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate and maintain food processing equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Fabricate and assemble components as necessary for production processes.
- Sanitate work areas and equipment to comply with food safety regulations.
- Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring quality control.
- Utilize basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production needs.
- Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing routine maintenance on machinery.
- Operate forklifts safely to transport materials within the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in the food processing or food industry is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations are required.
- Ability to operate forklifts; certification is a plus but can be obtained on the job.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in all work areas.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
