About The Position We are searching for a temporary (up to 24 months) Manager, Product Development to join our Product and Innovation team. The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience. The salary range is $82,300 – $113,200 per year. Perks Flexible working hours of 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday (i.e., 37.5 hours per week). Paid vacation starts at 4 weeks per year and increases with years of service. Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact Manages the Product Innovation Funnel, monitors project milestones and key performance indicators, and takes action to ensure department goals are met. Creates and delivers relevant reports and information to the leadership team to influence, support, and optimize business decisions. Supports setting the direction and strategy of products and services focusing on new innovations and proactively identifies areas of opportunity and competitive advantage. Helps develop the annual strategic goals for the department. Provides leadership to direct reports, fostering an engaged and productive team. Oversees the review, design, development, and implementation of new policies, practices, work methods, procedures and standards. Works with the Marketing team and influences the development of product materials and resources that are consistent with the overall Product and Innovation strategic direction. Ensures product documentation, service agreements, training tools, and promotional materials are up-to-date when products change. Provides hands‑on product assistance and leads training sessions to support product awareness and knowledge. Key Experiences You Bring To This Role Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a major in Business, Marketing, Economics, or an equivalent discipline, including or supplemented by courses in leadership/supervision. 5 – 8 years of related experience in sales or marketing, including responsibility for operational service levels and revenue accountability. Experience working in the insurance or health care industry, with a strong preference for relevant product innovation experience.
