**About the Position**
- We are searching for a temporary (up to 24 months) **Manager, Product Development**to join our Product and Innovation team.
- The starting salary will be determined based on a combination of skills, education, and experience. The salary range is $82,300 - $113,200 per year.

**Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact**

The Manager, Product Development manages the Product Innovation Funnel, monitors progress of project milestones and key performance indicators and takes action to ensure the achievement of department goals.

In this role, you will create and deliver relevant reports and information to the leadership team to influence, support and optimize business decisions.

You will support setting the direction and strategy of products and services focusing on new innovations and proactively identify areas of opportunity and competitive advantage.

In this role, you will help develop the annual strategic goals for the department.

You will provide leadership to direct reports to help develop them and promote an engaged and productive team.

In this role, you will oversee the review, design, development and implementation of new policies, practices, work methods, procedures and standards.

You will work with the Marketing team and influence the development of product materials and resources that are consistent with the overall Product and Innovation strategic direction that accurately reflect product design, positioning and product growth.

The manager ensures product documentation, service agreements, training tools and promotional materials are up-to-date when products change.

This position provides hands-on product assistance and leads training sessions to support product awareness and knowledge.

**Key Experiences You Bring To This Role**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with a major in Business, Marketing, Economics, or an equivalent discipline including or supplemented by courses in leadership/supervision.
- 5 - 8 years of related experience in sales or marketing, including responsibility for operational service levels and revenue accountability.
- Experience working in the insurance or health care industry, with a strong preference to relevant product innovation experience.
