This Position reports to: Production Supervisor Job Description Motor Testing & Quality Assurance: Operate testing machines, adjust test panel settings, and evaluate results to ensure motors meet quality standards and specifications. Documentation & Tools Usage: Read and interpret manufacturing instructions, diagrams, and special instructions; identify and use appropriate tools, supplies, and materials. Teamwork & Communication: Collaborate with team members, support cross‑training, communicate issues, and assist with other departmental functions as needed. Safety & Housekeeping: Prioritize workplace safety, follow guidelines, report issues, maintain cleanliness, and be available for overtime and additional duties. Education and Experience Needed HS Diploma or equivalent required. 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred. Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization. Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment. Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
