This Position reports to: Production Supervisor Job Description: Motor Testing & Assembly: Test motors using machines, connect and wire components, and perform tasks like sleeving and forming according to instructions and blueprints. Technical Skills: Operate and adjust machines, use electrical measuring devices, read diagrams and manufacturing instructions, and understand flex flow and day/rank systems. Quality & Communication: Ensure defect-free products meet specifications and production goals; communicate issues, order supplies, and collaborate with team members and supervisors. Safety & Flexibility: Follow safety protocols, maintain housekeeping, cross-train within the department, and be willing to work overtime and perform other duties as needed. Education and Experience Needed: HS Diploma or equivalent required. 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred. Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization. Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment. Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
