Clinical Research Coordinator (Research Institute) Job Description Do you want to work for a world‑renowned research institute that pushes the boundaries of biomedical science and health research? Position Summary The incumbent is responsible for supporting the successful conduct of clinical research studies. They collaborate with investigators and healthcare teams to coordinate several clinical studies for the CIM of the RI‑MUHC. This position provides direct patient‑facing support within the D2 Endocrinology Clinic team. It involves assisting with the collection of patient vitals, management of device data, and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (OASIS). The role enhances clinic efficiency and supports research‑related activities but does not include clerical, scheduling, or independent clinical decision‑making duties. General Duties Assist in the planning/organization of research projects Obtain consent from patients for participation in research studies Perform data entry Accomplish any other related tasks as required by the immediate supervisor Education & Experience Diploma of College Studies (DEC) 2 years of work experience (other education considered an asset) Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good analytical and logic skills Problem assessment and problem‑solving abilities Ability to work independently or with teams with minimum supervision Demonstrate diplomacy, discretion and good judgment Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Employment Details Temporary, part‑time (20 hours/week) Pay Scale: $44,408.00 – $82,427.80, commensurate with education and experience Work Shift: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Work Site: GLEN Site, 1001 boul.
