Join us today and make a difference Job Description RESEARCH INSTITUTE OF THE MUHC The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) is a world-renowned biomedical and hospital research centre. Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. The RI-MUHC is supported in part by the Fonds de recherche du Québec – Santé (FRQS). Position Summary The incumbent is responsible for supporting the successful conduct of clinical research studies. They collaborate with investigators and health care teams to coordinate several clinical studies for the CIM of the RI-MUHC. This position provides direct patient‑facing support within the D2 Endocrinology Clinic team. It involves assisting with the collection of patient vitals, management of device data, and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (OASIS). The role enhances clinic efficiency and supports research‑related activities but does not include clerical, scheduling, or independent clinical decision‑making duties. General Duties Assist in the planning and organization of research projects. Obtain consent from patients for participation in research studies. Perform data entry. Accomplish any other related tasks as required by the immediate supervisor. Education & Experience Education: Diploma of College Studies (DEC). Work Experience: 2 years. Other education considered an asset for this position. Required Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Good analytical and logic skills. Problem assessment and problem‑solving abilities. Ability to work independently or with teams with minimum supervision. Demonstrate diplomacy, discretion and good judgment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook). Additional Information Status: Temporary, part‑time (20 hours/week) Pay Scale: $44,408.00–$82,427.80, commensurate with education and experience. Work Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Work Site: GLEN Site, 1001 boul. Décarie. Benefits 6 days of paid sick leave per year, which includes a maximum of 3 personal days. Vacation calculated on a pro‑rata basis based on a percentage of your salary. Modular group insurance plan (including gender affirmation coverage).
