Hybrid work : Number of days required in office vary weekly throughout the project. Determined by direct supervisor.

Description :

Review "Lift & Shift" migration plans, work with Manager, GX SP Migration to execute plan & support all GX staff & business areas through migration project. Assist with identification & application of security requirements, coach & support staff through record classification processes.

Collaborate with GX and TI CCS to gather requirements to identify SPO design solutions & enhancements following lift & shift migration.

Validate files & data to ensure lift & shift migration to SPO was successful.

Must have Skills :

  1. The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following combinations of education or certification and experience in the resource role:
  2. University degree in business, management or a related discipline and four years of related experience; OR
  3. Two-year diploma in business, management or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and six years of related experience; OR
  4. One-year certificate in business, management or a related discipline from a recognized post-secondary institution and seven years of related experience.

Demonstrated experience with MS office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook): years

Experience conveying technical information to non-technical people and advising decision-makers on technical options: years

Experience with business writing, communication and documentation: years

Experience with development and implementation of content management, document management, records management, information management processes in applications: years

Experience with information management concepts, privacy, and security issues relating to FOIP: years

Experience with the development of business cases for a wide variety of initiatives and projects (strategic, business improvement, information technology, etc.): years

Experience working closely with clients and performing at least four of the following activities - interviewing business clients; conducting impact analysis; planning, executing and supporting change management; developing communication plans; and developing vision documents: years

Experience developing all of the following: service blueprints, journey maps, prototype designs, business plans, program plans, strategic plans, tactical plans, operational plans, communication plans and road-maps: years

Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization (e.g., Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users): years

Experience in understanding the impact of policies, processes and procedures on performance: years

Experience making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity: years

Experience using analytical and problem solving skills to plan and design creative solutions: years

Experience with change management: years

Experience with interpretation and application of records retention and disposition schedules: years

Experience with public sector retention and archiving of records: years

Experience with the development of information management or related types of policies, standards and practices: years

Experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in drafting strategic business and technical documentation: years

Nice to Have: Professional Licenses / Certification :

Active certification in CAPM, PMP or PgMP as issued by the Project Management Institute or equivalent and/or an active CMC designation as issued by a member institute of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes or equivalent.
