Job Description: As a sales associate, you will be responsible for assisting and advising customers while working to maximize sales. Your tasks will include giving warm welcomes to every customer, helping them find everything they're looking for, making yourself available when customers are in the fitting room, meeting and exceeding personal sales goals, and ensuring everything is clean and tidy in the store and backstore.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have previous sales experience, love clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity, listen to customers' needs to provide exceptional customer service, be proactive and conscientious, and be open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
