As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your role will include : Driving end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract and secure top talent, from crafting job postings through to extending offers Partnering with hiring managers and leaders to understand their recruitment requirements and build robust hiring strategies Sourcing high-potential candidates through proactive strategic outreach and digital channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, AI and more) Leading interviews and empowering hiring managers with expert guidance Elevating JLR’s culture and employer brand through every interaction Supporting the development of other HR initiatives (compensation, diversity, wellness and more) Why Join Us?
