OverviewGroup Fitness Instructor II AquaFitnessContract, Part-Time $32.57 to $36.78The Town of Aurora is currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for a position of Group Fitness Instructor to teach Aqua fitness.Eligibility and QualificationsCurrent basic WaterART Aquatic Fitness Instructor Certification, and/or specialty certification.Valid Standard First Aid with CPR-C certification.Availability to work flexible hours including daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.Additional InformationExcellent interpersonal skills to interact courteously and effectively with all levels of staff, program participants and the public.Experience in the delivery of Aqua fitness, understanding the principles of water, and the ability to instruct safe classes for all levels of participants is preferred.Successful applicants will be required to provide a Police Vulnerable Sector Check satisfactory to the Town prior to start date, at the applicant’s own cost.The position offers an hourly wage starting at $22.00 to $33.00, pending qualifications.To apply, please apply online to the Town of Aurora.
