In this role, you will be responsible for:

Developing new relationships with clients and soliciting new customers Properly documenting all interactions with clients Contributing to customer satisfaction and retention Providing basic assistance to clients and advising them according to their needs Introducing new products and recommending appropriate solutions Managing credits when applicable Participating in agricultural fairs and other promotional activities Providing regular sales activity reports to management

Proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) (asset) Significant experience in the agricultural sector or sales (asset) Basic knowledge of accounting and customer relationship management programs Excellent writing skills Self-control, listening skills, and empathy Rigor, organization, charisma, and leadership Negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure Strong sense of customer service and organization
