Manage business-to-business relationships that contribute to FCC’s growing loan portfolio. Responsibilities Market FCC point-of-sale financing primarily to crop input retailers. Develop business relationships. Execute sales and marketing strategies. Evaluate market potential. What We’re Looking For Problem‑solver who builds strong customer relationships. Strong communicator who’s comfortable with executives and business leaders. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business or commerce and at least four years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). In-depth knowledge of lending, marketing and sales. Ability and willingness to travel extensively to meet partner needs within a prescribed territory. A love for agriculture.
