Position Summary Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. Accountabilities Pricing and Commercial Terms Main customer contact for Consultants, Agencies, Contractors, and Representatives. Responsible for system sizing, pricing, commissions, and Purchase Orders. Leads tenders and sales targets. Negotiates agreement terms with support from the contracts team. Business Planning Owns forecasting and achievement of quarterly, annual, and long-term targets. Collaborates with channel management and sales leadership on territory plans. Identifies market trends, sales opportunities, and corrective actions to meet goals. Channel Partner Relationships Builds and manages relationships with channel partners, agents, and OEMs. Oversees daily performance of Representatives using Salesforce. Ensures sales targets are met and conducts quarterly business reviews. Provides coaching and performance management where needed. Miscellaneous Plans travel efficiently within budget. Drives continuous improvement of the sales process to increase market penetration. Manages team expenses within budget. Negotiates pilot study needs and agreements with End Users. The essential requirements of the job include Post-Secondary education plus sales management experience with a demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales plans. Preference for a strong Engineering Background. Experience with UV or disinfection technology preferred. Minimum 5 year history of growth selling premium‑priced product in the municipal capital market. Demonstrated skill and experience in managing a territory utilizing a CRM including planning, forecasting, managing and implementing sales plans. Minimum of 10 years of relevant Technical and/or Commercial experience. Capability to travel within territory for significant portions of each fiscal year (could be in excess of 60% of the time).
