As an In-Store Sales Specialist with Premium Retail Services, you'll be the face of Bell Canada, providing exceptional service and support to customers at our partner stores. What Will You Do:
  1. Partner with the field manager to create and implement sales strategies that align with company goals.
  2. Assist customers in finding the perfect services and products, answering their questions with expertise.
  3. Deliver a world-class customer experience and proactively engage with customers throughout the store.
  4. Analyze sales performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  5. Support promotional campaigns and events, helping to drive sales and brand awareness.
  6. Train and mentor sales representatives while maintaining your own sales targets.
  7. Travel to various locations to support and enhance the performance of sales agents.
How Will You Succeed:
  1. Drive to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Utilize excellent listening and communication skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.
  3. Be flexible and proactive in engaging with customers and adapting to different store environments.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and trends to provide informed recommendations and solutions.
Experience and Qualifications:
  1. 2+ years in retail, sales, or telecom is preferred.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  3. Multilingual abilities are a plus (e.g., French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Tagalog, Hindi, Punjabi, Thai).
  4. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as required.
