Product Manager – Library Mission Take your career to new heights with Loopio 🚀✨ We’re looking for an analytically minded, curious, and customer-obsessed Product Manager to join the Library Mission team — a group focused on making content in Loopio more trusted, complete, and effortlessly maintained through AI and automation. You’ll play a key role in shaping the next generation of Loopio’s Library experience, leading initiatives that: Reduce the effort required to build and maintain a trusted content base. Improve the quality and completeness of proposal content. Delight customers with innovative, AI‑assisted knowledge and content management capabilities. You’ll partner with engineers, data scientists, and designers to solve complex challenges in knowledge management, content verification, and automated curation — ensuring every answer Loopio delivers is accurate, up-to-date, and confidently used by customers. This is a highly collaborative and strategic role where you’ll leverage your experience to define and execute a roadmap that advances our goal of a self‑sustaining, intelligent Library. 💻 What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate closely with UX Design, Customer Experience, and GTM teams to gather insights about how customers create, maintain, and use Library content. Build market and competitive expertise to inform your product strategy and roadmap. Partner with software and AI engineering teams to design and deliver innovative, data-informed solutions that automate Library upkeep and improve content trust. Own your roadmap and drive alignment across the organization — connecting Library improvements to measurable business and customer outcomes. Define and own customer outcomes and related success metrics for your pod, ensuring meaningful progress toward reduced manual effort, higher content confidence, and increased AI-driven answer accuracy. Actively engage with customers to understand how they measure value from the Library and translate those insights into roadmap priorities. Contribute to the broader Library mission strategy by helping evolve how we define, measure, and deliver “gold standard” content across Loopio. ✨ What You’ll Bring To The Team 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with a strong record of shipping impactful features in knowledge management, workflow automation, or content systems. Experience working within an empowered product model, driving roadmap ownership and measurable customer outcomes. Proven experience with AI/ML-enabled products— ideally including content classification, retrieval, summarization, or agentic workflows. A customer‑obsessed mindset, passionate about reducing friction and unlocking measurable value through automation and trusted content. A strategic thinker who balances near‑term delivery with long‑term vision, translating complex technical and market insights into actionable roadmaps. Solid technical understanding and comfort discussing product details with engineers; you know the right questions to ask and how to make tradeoffs. Strong communication and storytelling skills — able to align stakeholders, inspire confidence in the roadmap, and connect Library improvements to Loopio’s business outcomes. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; you can manage multiple initiatives while maintaining clarity and focus on outcomes. Read this: Hi there, we recognize that all too often, potential candidates don’t apply for a position simply because they don’t hit every single criteria included in the job description—particularly members of underrepresented groups. Whether or not your experience ✅ checks off all the boxes on a job posting, we still encourage you to apply to ensure that your application receives a review from our team. We understand that a resume can only showcase so much during the applicant stage, so we've created prompts in the application for you to share more about yourself. If you've made a career transition (or a few), you’re self‑taught in a new role, or you have skills/experience you’d like to highlight, we want to hear more about what you could bring to the table. AI in Recruitment 👩🏻💻 At Loopio, we leverage artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance our recruitment process. These tools assist with tasks such as resume screening, drafting preliminary job descriptions, generating initial interview questions, and occasionally sourcing prospective candidates. However, AI is never used to make final hiring decisions; our use of AI serves to support repetitive and administrative tasks in order to streamline our hiring and recruitment workflows. We are committed to the responsible use of AI in our hiring practices, prioritizing both an improved candidate experience and operational efficiency. Our standardized hiring practices remain focused on reducing biases, with all key hiring decisions solely made by our team. We continuously review and refine our hiring practices to align with industry best practices and evolving legal guidelines. Loopio is an equal opportunity employer that is deeply committed to building equitable workplaces that are diverse and inclusive. We actively encourage candidates from all backgrounds and lifestyles to consider us as a future employer. Please contact a member of our Talent Experience team at work@loopio.com should you require accommodations at any point during our virtual interview processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
