Your Focus Feature Exploration: Identify and prioritize new product features, backed by robust market research and data analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Bridge the gap between departments, fostering seamless communication and collaboration across teams. Roadmap Commitments: Execute the strategic product roadmap by translating high-level initiatives into concrete, actionable tasks for the development team. Backlog Management: Curate and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs and strategic imperatives. Stakeholder Engagement: Effectively communicate product goals and updates to internal teams and stakeholders, gathering valuable feedback along the way. Quality Assurance: Work hand-in-hand with QA teams to maintain the highest quality standards for our products, ensuring customer satisfaction at every turn. Who you are 1-2 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and innovative tech environment. Strong understanding of the gift and loyalty industry and market trends. Experience with payments, retail technology, or POS systems is a strong asset. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize effectively and make informed, data-driven decisions. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to turn a vision into a series of backlog items, sequencing the work to maximize value for users. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing all kinds of stakeholders. Experience with product discovery and user research to inform product decisions. Familiarity with product tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Azure DevOps, or similar. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English and French. CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner).
