Supervised Instructor Therapist - Full Time The Hullabaloo is a 7000+ sq ft multidisciplinary treatment centre in Mississauga servicing children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Role Description We are seeking a passionate and reliable Supervised Instructor Therapist (S‑IT) to join our team. The S‑IT will be responsible for implementing individualized therapy programs developed by a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA), monitoring client progress, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. They will work with children with developmental disabilities, providing direct therapy services to help their clients achieve their goals and meet their full potential. Qualifications Diploma or degree in behavioural science or a related field, or currently working toward such a qualification. Minimum 6 months experience delivering ABA treatment or supporting children with developmental disabilities, including autism. Completion of 40‑hour Registered Behaviour Technician training modules is considered a strong asset. Proven record‑keeping skills, including data collection and note‑taking. Vulnerable sector check completed within the last year. Valid G2 or G class driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle. Why Work With Us?
