Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), M.Pys., RBA Ont Exceptional Minds Adaptive Learning Services Inc. is actively seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our ABA team. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about working with individuals with autism and are eager to implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles in a meaningful and impactful way. As an ABA Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children and teens, delivering individualized support under the supervision of a Senior Therapist and Clinical Supervisor, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)/RBA-ON. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided for qualified applicants. Candidates must be available for after-school/evening sessions and some Saturdays. Key Responsibilities Prepare and organize materials and the teaching environment Review relevant background information on each student Follow treatment plans and seek consultation when needed Apply sound clinical judgment in daily work Assess each student’s abilities, strengths, interests, and areas of need Collect, graph, and analyze data to track progress toward goals Document session notes and child progress accurately and consistently Work collaboratively with the team to develop and refine ABA programs Attend scheduled team meetings Communicate effectively and sensitively, both verbally and in writing Collaborate with Senior Therapists regarding programming and client progress Qualifications College diploma or university degree in a field related to Applied Behavior Analysis Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental conditions Demonstrated application of ABA principles in practice Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle Recent Vulnerable Sector Screening clearance Certification in Crisis Prevention Intervention or equivalent safety training Current Professional Liability insurance Benefits Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care Paid time off Pay Range: $20–26/hour Schedule Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Location Centre based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada How to Apply To apply, please submit your cover letter and resume via email to sandra@exceptionalminds.ca. #J-18808-Ljbffr
