Position Overview As Public Relations Account Manager in our Toronto OR Montreal office, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple accounts, including the ideation and execution of innovative PR campaigns that drive results. To be successful in a boutique agency environment, we’re looking for someone passionate, entrepreneurial, and a team player, with intense creativity and excellent communication and writing skills. The requirement for this role is 3-4 years of PR and marketing experience with a solid grasp of the Canadian media and creator landscape, and relevant experience in the lifestyle, fashion and beauty sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop, present and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with client objectives Maintain relationships with media contacts; drive outreach plans and facilitate media inquiries Demonstrate superior writing and editing skills Ideate and execute paid and earned influencer campaigns; manage relationships between the agency and influencer partners Assist in bringing client events and activations to life – demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity with planning, sourcing and logistics Contribute to media monitoring and reporting, track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies Collaborate with the social media team to optimize the communications strategy as a whole Assist in developing and managing client budgets Advise and counsel clients, regularly share expertise and relevant insights/trends Serve as an advisor to junior team members and a key support to senior colleagues Other responsibilities as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications or Public Relations 3-4 years of public relations experience in an agency setting Above-average verbal and written communication skills in both English and French Experience in media relations, social media, influencer relations and event management Detail-oriented, able to multitask and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in a Mac environment, tech-savvy, AI-literate What We Can Offer You Opportunity to work on high-profile brands in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle sectors A modern benefits package that includes an emphasis on health and wellness A flexible and positive work environment with unlimited growth opportunities A strong office culture with team recognition, social outings, and volunteer activities Year-long summer Fridays and annual ZAK retreat Pup-friendly office, healthy snacks and more Employment Type Full-time OR Contract with possibility of permanent employment Salary Range 50K-70K ZAK is committed to employment equity and invites applications from women, visible minorities, Aboriginal peoples, individuals with disabilities, LGBTQ2S+ community members, and persons from other marginalized groups. #J-18808-Ljbffr
