Gestion Zagora is a real estate asset management company managing thousands of residential units across Canada and the U.S. We are committed to providing excellent tenant experiences while building a strong brand presence. We are seeking a motivated
PR & Communications Intern
to support our public relations, online engagement, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to tenant reviews, and comments across online platforms (social media, Google reviews, community boards, etc.)
  • Support public relations initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation and visibility
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media and newsletters
  • Track online sentiment and prepare reports on tenant feedback and brand presence
  • Assist in drafting communications (announcements, community updates, press notes)
  • Contribute ideas for improving online engagement and community relations
  • Collaborate with other teams in the company to improve the quality of services provided to tenants

Qualifications

  • Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills (French and English)

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and respond professionally to public-facing issues
