SAP Program Manager – S/4HANA Transformation

Overview Our client, a leading global IT consulting and digital transformation firm, is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead a major S/4HANA transformation initiative. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires deep SAP expertise, strong program delivery skills, and the ability to engage with C-suite stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation program, ensuring all phases are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Manage program financials, control budgets, and ensure profitable delivery. Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies proactively. Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders, building strong relationships and aligning program outcomes with business objectives. Lead and inspire diverse project teams, including consultants and client personnel, across a hybrid work environment. Partner with business development teams during pre-sales and advisory phases to shape proposals and uncover new program opportunities. Required Skills & Experience 20+ years of professional experience, with a strong focus on SAP program management. Proven track record delivering major SAP projects, including S/4HANA transformations, across complex environments. Deep understanding of SAP modules, core processes, and the broader SAP ecosystem, including BTP and Cloud migration strategies. Expertise in program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) with hands-on experience leading large-scale programs. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and inspire a shared vision. Business acumen to act as a trusted advisor and align technology delivery with industry KPIs and strategic goals.
