Start Date - ASAP
Work Model: Strong, seasoned Manager, SAP S/4HANA OCM & Training delivery Experience is a mus t, along with strong client delivery experience, and would need to apply and deliver our OCM and Training capabilities with confidence
Will be responsible for overall management of our global OCM teams in India and ARDC along with partnering with teams in Toronto, US, India, and Mexico;
Lead and manage global OCM PMO advisory and management with our global team
Confident and accountable for delivery of OCM S4 transformation globally and regionally
Strong client relationship management skills, managing business needs, along with team and scope management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP OCM & Training
In-depth knowledge of SAP OCM modules.
Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM), which includes core HR, talent management, and analytics.
