Duration - 6 months

Hours - 40 per week

Work Model: Remote

Job Summary:

- Strong, seasoned Manager, SAP S/4HANA OCM & Training delivery Experience is a must, along with strong client delivery experience, and would need to apply and deliver our OCM and Training capabilities with confidence
- Will be responsible for overall management of our global OCM teams in India and ARDC along with partnering with teams in Toronto, US, India, and Mexico;
- Lead and manage global OCM PMO advisory and management with our global team
- Confident and accountable for delivery of OCM S4 transformation globally and regionally
- Strong client relationship management skills, managing business needs, along with team and scope management skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP OCM & Training
- In-depth knowledge of SAP OCM modules.
- Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM), which includes core HR, talent management, and analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
