Premier Finishing Solutions, located in Delta, British Columbia, is a locally-owned Canadian distributor of spray equipment. We specialize in providing one-stop, cost-effective solutions for all of your finishing needs. In addition to selling equipment, we also offer repair and installation services, preventative maintenance contracts, and stock spare parts. This is a full-time Technical Sales Professional role at Premier Finishing Solutions. As a rep at PFS, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new clients, conducting sales presentations, closing opportunities. You will also be responsible for equipment Diagnosis, Troubleshooting, Repairs, Testing, Calibration, and Technical Support. You will maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients. This is a hybrid role with the option to work remotely.

Responsibilities: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the equipment capabilities and advantages. Tailor presentations to address specific customer needs. Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and trade shows. Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns they may have. Ensure customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals. Perform repairs on malfunctioning equipment, including replacing worn or defective parts, adjusting settings, and recalibrating equipment. Test equipment after repairs or maintenance to ensure it is operating correctly. Calibrate equipment as needed to meet manufacturer standards. Provide technical support to customer finishing room staff, assisting them in resolving operational issues and providing training on proper equipment use.

Qualifications: A successful candidate must reside in Lower Mainland, British Columbia area or within a near Canadian Providence. Knowledge of spray equipment and finishing solutions Proven track record in sales and achieving targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Strong negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated and results-oriented Ability to work independently and as part of a team
