Adjudicative Tribunals Coordinator

OverviewCPA Ontario seeks an Adjudicative Tribunals Coordinator to assist the Tribunals Office with case management, administrative support, and volunteer adjudicator coordination. The role ensures procedural integrity, fair adjudicative proceedings, and protection of the public interest for members, students, applicants, and firms.What You’ll Be DoingCoordinate all aspects of virtual and in‑person hearings, including room bookings, catering, seating plans, and technology requirements.Prepare and distribute notices of hearing, decisions, orders, disciplinary letters, and public caselaw database updates.Maintain and update content on CPA Ontario’s website, public case law databases, and tribunals website; draft summaries for Council outcomes.Publish disciplinary notices, manage hearing checklists, and support tribunal members with expense reports, travel coordination, scheduling, letters, and volunteer adjudicator training.Collect and analyze KPI data, prepare monthly statistics, accruals, and process invoices.Who You AreA post‑secondary graduate with a degree in Business or related discipline and/or a Legal Office Administrative, Law Clerk, or Paralegal designation.Minimum three years of experience reading legislation and governing documents in a regulatory or legal environment; knowledge of tribunals or court procedures strongly preferred.Excellent communicator with advanced grammar, discretion with confidential matters, and initiative.Energetic self‑starter who manages time, prioritizes, organizes, and carries out assignments effectively.Technically savvy in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Adobe; experience with case management systems, PowerBI, Salesforce, and Monday.com is ideal.What We OfferA fast‑paced, collaborative environment focused on unlocking potential.Hybrid work culture with flexible remote options and in‑office teamwork.Diversity, equity, and inclusion commitment to protect the public and advance the profession.Unlimited career advancement, professional development, and learning investments for future growth.Industry‑leading benefits, wellness programs, healthy lifestyle allowance, and mental health resources for well‑being. #J-18808-Ljbffr
