Our client, Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) Ontario, is seeking a Head, Adjudicative Tribunals to join their exceptional team at a dynamic and exciting time in the organization. The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of significant experience and expertise in administrative law, professional liability and regulation, litigation (ideally before administrative tribunals), and case management. This position reports to the CPA Ontario Council (the governing body) and the CEO. Main responsibilities include management of the Tribunals Office and Adjudicative Committees, case management, public communications, and guidance to the Council in its oversight of CPA Ontario. This is a hybrid position.

This key leadership role offers complex and interesting work, an excellent culture and group of colleagues, and a purpose-driven mandate focused on protecting the public.
