Job Settings: 3 days on site in downtown Toronto

Are you ready to play a vital role in transforming shared services for healthcare and public sector organizations across Canada? Our Client, a national not-for-profit shared services organization, is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Manager, SAP Finance. Our client provides value-driven contracting and procurement solutions for medical/surgical supplies, pharmaceutical products, local sourcing, capital, and nutrition solutions, among others.

Position Overview:

As the Solutions Manager, SAP Finance, you will collaborate with business and IT teams, as well as service delivery partners, to identify and implement business solution improvements that drive value for the organization and its customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the solutioning, implementation, and support of Finance business systems.
  • Provide senior-level design/business solution architecture, project management, and business case development.
  • Work with business leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging the current business system portfolio.
  • Facilitate workshops and discussions across multiple stakeholders and locations.
  • Track, monitor, and communicate project status against milestones and quality measures.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend/develop solutions for improvement.
  • Produce high-quality deliverables including business requirements, project plans, test plans, and functional designs.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of ITS changes for ongoing support and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 10 years of related business systems experience within an SAP environment as Functional resource.
  • University degree or College diploma in IT, finance, or related field.
  • Experience working in SAP’s Finance-related modules in SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Ariba Invoice Management. (Experience with SAP FICO or Financial)
  • MUST have experience with SAP S4 HANA
