The Associate Vice President (AVP), Global Information Risk offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape our global Information Risk Management (IRM) practices. By heading the IRM methodology and reporting teams, this role is pivotal in advancing our mission to fortify our risk management framework. This position provides a chance to manage a diverse team, collaborate with key stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives, all while growing your career in a supportive and inclusive environment.Create and maintain methodologies supporting IRM, such as the Technology Risk and Cyber Framework and the Controls Testing Methodology.Serve as SME and Content Manager for the Technology Risk Management Policy.Manage the annual audit of the IRM Controls Testing team.Minimum 15 years of progressive and practical leadership in Risk Management; Technology Risk experience preferred.Proven experience in building high-performing teams.Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to influence peers and executives.Proficiency in collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing key risk decisions.Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in information risk management and prior leadership experience in the field.Knowledge of regulatory environments.Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
