If you’re driven by quality, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and love to lead and inspire others, we’d love to meet you What you will be doing: Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation in every dish. Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Contribute to menu development and innovation, highlighting seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cost control. Support in scheduling, inventory management, and ordering supplies. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment. Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to quality, creativity, and guest satisfaction.
