Some roles may require working from an assigned Affirm office, and a limited number may be office-based due to job responsibilities.2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants. 3 weeks ago Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Affirm by 2x.What You’ll DoDrive growth by empowering the organization with well-founded hypotheses, insights, and recommendations that prioritize and build product roadmaps through proactive analysis.Formulate and execute comprehensive analytics workflows, including defining critical metrics and data instrumentation, by collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand business priorities.Improve the team’s efficiency by partnering with Engineering to optimize data quality and build analytics foundations.Design, launch, and analyze AB tests to validate growth hypotheses and measure the impact of product features.Collaborate with product, marketing, commercial, engineering, and other teams to develop a comprehensive analytics roadmap.Translate analytical outcomes into compelling narratives/presentations for leadership review.Implement best practices and automation to improve overall team efficiency.What We Look For3+ years of proven experience in an analytical roleExperience extracting and joining large data sets with SQL and performing analyses using Python, Notebooks, R, or ExcelFoundational understanding of designing and conducting hypothesis testsExperience managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing objectivesStrong intuition for customer needs and the ability to understand customer behavior using dataAbility to deconstruct ambiguous problems into tangible steps and develop impactful solutionsProficiency in communicating research and analysis to technical and non-technical audiencesEagerness to assist colleagues and motivation to optimize work processesStrong interpersonal skills and experience managing cross-functional relationshipsCompensation and BenefitsBase Pay Grade - KEquity Grade - 4Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include health, wellness, and tech spending stipends, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents). Eligible employees may receive equity rewards. The CAN base pay range per year is: $109,000-159,000.Affirm is remote-first.
