OverviewAnalyst II, Full Stack at Affirm.Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without any hidden fees or compounding interest.We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our Growth Analytics team. This team conducts research, reporting, and experimentation to support product development. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, collaboration across teams, curiosity, and the patience to navigate complex and ambiguous challenges.What You’ll DoDrive growth by empowering the organization with well-founded hypotheses, insights, and recommendations that prioritize and build product roadmaps through proactive analysis.Formulate and execute analytics workflows, including defining critical metrics, data instrumentation, and data gathering, by collaborating with cross-functional partners to understand business priorities.Improve the team’s efficiency by partnering with Engineering to optimize data quality and analytics foundations.Design, launch, and analyze AB tests to validate growth hypotheses and measure the impact of product features.Collaborate with product, marketing, commercial, engineering, and other teams to develop a comprehensive analytics roadmap.Translate analytical outcomes into narratives/presentations for leadership review.Implement best practices and automation to improve overall team efficiency.What We Look For3+ years of proven experience in an analytical roleExperience extracting and joining large data sets with SQL and performing analysis using Python, Notebooks, R, or ExcelFoundational understanding of designing and conducting hypothesis testsExperience managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing objectivesStrong intuition for customer needs and ability to understand customer behavior using dataAbility to deconstruct ambiguous problems into tangible steps and develop impactful solutionsProficiency in communicating research and analysis to technical and non-technical audiencesWillingness to assist colleagues and optimize work processesStrong interpersonal skills and experience managing cross-functional relationshipsBase Pay and Equity - Pay grade information varies by location and experience. Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and dependents). Equity rewards may be offered by Affirm Holdings, Inc. (parent company).Base pay range (per year): $109,000 – $159,000 (varies by location, experience, and skills).Affirm is remote-first; most roles are remote and you can work from anywhere within your country of employment.
