Located in Montreal, Quebec, the Institute is the research arm of the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC) and is affiliated with the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our dynamic team working on novel treatments for allergy, asthma and chronic urticaria. The successful candidate must be familiar with the entire clinical trial process and be able to assume all the associated nursing tasks. The candidate will work under the direct supervision of the Project Manager and senior Study Nurse. General Duties Coordination of study visits with study coordinator as per study protocol, coordinating with clinic staff to ensure proper documentation and timing of research‑related procedures Blood collection and clinical follow‑up of research participants according to the study protocol Timely completion of all study documentation forms, including case report forms (CRFs), adverse events reports, and other study‑specific documents Review subject’s information and laboratory reports in preparation for the investigator’s review Performing miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor, including support to other coordinator and research nurses Work directly with the Principal Investigator, the research team and collaborating laboratories/co‑investigators at the study site to ensure the smooth running of all the clinical aspects of studies Under the supervision of the Project Manager, coordinate study activities at the study site to ensure project timelines and patient enrolment goals are achieved Website: https://rimuhc.ca/en Education / Experience Diploma of College Studies (DEC) – Nursing 1+ year of work experience in nursing Good standing member of the OIIQ Requirements Nursing DEC is required; Bachelor is an asset Good standing member of the OIIQ Relevant experience in clinical research is an asset Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web applications Skills High level of initiative and organization Ability to prioritise and multitask Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as within a team Strong critical and clinical thinking Additional Information Status: Temporary, part‑time Pay Scale: $24.40 – $45.29 per hour, commensurate with education and experience Work Shift: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., four days per week Work Site: GLEN Site, 1001 boul.
