We serve consumers, contractors, and designers through multiple channels of Distribution.For over 30 years, Eurofase is committed to design leadership, uncompromising quality with a competitive advantage in customer-centric philosophy.About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Product Development Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and commercialization of new lighting products. This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.This role will be the bridge between designers, vendors, and internal teams across North America and Asia, ensuring that every product meets our high standards. From concept tracking to sample inspections and documentation, you’ll play a key role in bringing innovative ideas to life.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with designers and vendors to ensure design specifications are met.Review new design shop drawings and product construction details.Coordinate sample tracking and inspections with internal and overseas teams.Maintain accurate documentation and follow SOPs.Communicate effectively across time zones with vendors and internal teams (China and North American staff).Ensure timely and accurate product data submission.Manage sample deliveries to the U.S. and Canada.Review Installation documents and support and instruct vendor and internal staff regarding product assembly and parts.Oversee and manage replacement part programs for new and existing items.Provide input and support the Quality Assurance department with new product related documents.Champion product quality and finish throughout development.Knowledge / Skills & Experience Requirements2+ years of effective experience in Product Development, Engineering, and/or Administrative - Lighting, Furniture and/or Home décor products.Understanding of mechanical design and ability to review 2D DWGsStrong analytical and investigative skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)Proven project management and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication skills (English and/or Mandarin)Flexibility for off-hour international communicationCollaborative, open-minded, and positive team spirit
