Moneris Field Technicians will be provided with a company vehicle to perform role duties.As a Systems Technician at Moneris, you'll bring technical expertise and a customer-focused approach to deliver an outstanding experience to our merchants. You'll oversee field operations and focus on installing, testing, troubleshooting, repairing and replacing electronic devices at merchant sites in your assigned region. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable organization with a great culture that focuses on maintaining our employees' work life-balance.Location: You will be based in Calgary and will work onsite at our merchant's location.Reporting Relationship: You will report to the Team Lead, Field OperationsYour Moneris Career - What you'll doTroubleshoot problems related to several equipment and peripherals such as computers, printers, networks, cash registers and points-of-sale systems.Analyze problems and make recommendations to causes and corrective actions and always ensure that our merchants are satisfied with the issue resolution.Install computers, printers, cash registers and points-of-sale systems and upgrade software.Develop and maintain great relationships with our merchants.Maintain organization of tools, equipment, materials, the company vehicle and the workplace.Your Moneris Career - What you bringPost-secondary certificate in electronics, information technology or related field.
