This role serves as a trusted technical authority, providing advanced expertise, stable execution, and consistent leadership during project work.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn technical execution for complex client projects — servers, cloud, firewalls, networking.Take the lead on assigned scopes and timelines with minimal hand-holding.Guide and support Tier I and II teammates during project delivery.Flag risks early and offer smart, practical fixes.Keep documentation clean, clear, and always up to date.Collaborate with vCIOs, TAMs, and Project Managers to ensure success from kickoff to handoff.Contribute to internal checklists, playbooks, and team-wide process improvements.Success MetricsLess than 5% rework due to missed steps, incorrect configurations, or incomplete execution.Successfully leads assigned project segments without escalation on 90%+ of tasks.90%+ of assigned project work delivered within agreed timelines.Demonstrates strong proficiency in servers, AD/Azure AD, M365, networking, switching, firewalls, and migration tooling (validated through peer/vCIO/PM feedback).Proactively flags risks before impact on at least 80% of relevant issues.Qualifications5–8 years of project implementation experience with a 2-year technical diploma.OR 3–6 years of experience with a 4-year bachelor’s degree.AND2+ years of senior-level or team lead experience in an MSP or IT project role.Solid experience with servers, switching, M365, migrations, and firewalls.Confidence leading project segments and coordinating across departments.Consistency, structure, and a high bar for quality — even when no one’s watching.Cultural and Behavioral ExpectationsDirect, clear communicator who values structure.Maintains steady focus amid task interruptions.Operates methodically and consistently in routine-based roles.Warm and supportive in tone without losing professionalism.Owns follow-through and closes the loop consistently.Functions well in a role defined by known tools, known processes, and direct client interaction.Job TypeFull-timeBenefitsDental careExtended health careLife insurancePaid time offRRSP matchLicense/CertificationDriving License (preferred)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
