P&D Operations Manager – FedEx Canada This is an interview position. Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate and control pick‑up and delivery operations within the station service area to achieve maximum service objectives. Supervise, coordinate and control warehouse and ramp operations to achieve maximum service objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Four (4) years of FedEx or industry experience. Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Must be a current member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed. Ability to lift 70 lbs. and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment.
