We invite you to become a Family Physician at our new community health clinic within an established medical building in the heart of Brampton, ON. This role is perfect for those passionate about serving a diverse patient population and contributing to comprehensive primary care services.
Your Role: Provide continuous and comprehensive healthcare to individuals and families across all ages, genders, and medical conditions. Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases. Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance. Perform routine check-ups, assessments, and vaccinations. Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide coordinated care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
Qualifications: Certified by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Committed to ongoing medical education. Skilled in managing a wide range of health issues in patients of all age groups. High standards of discipline, punctuality, ethics, and compassion.
