URGENT HIRE - SEEKING TO START AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE
Seeking a Family Physician (General Practitioner) in Brampton Ontario - This is a full-time, on-site role for a Family Physician (General Practitioner). As a Family Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. You will be involved in community health initiatives and will contribute to the overall well-being of patients. The role requires strong medical expertise and the ability to build positive relationships with patients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver continuous and comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families across all ages, genders, diseases, and parts of the body.
- Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.
- Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Conduct routine check-ups, assessments, and vaccinations.
- Collaborate with other medical professionals and staff to provide coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients
Qualifications
- Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
- Commitment to ongoing medical education.
- Ability to manage a diverse range of health issues in patients of all age groups.
- Highly disciplined
- Excellent diagnostic and medical treatment skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate care
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine or related field
