Job Description:Job Description Family Physician (General Practitioner)Location: Brampton Ontario, CanadaJob Type: Full-Time, Permanent, On-siteOverview: We are seeking a Family Physician to join our community health clinic in Ontario. This role provides an opportunity to engage with a diverse patient population and contribute to comprehensive primary care services.Responsibilities: Deliver continuous and comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families across all ages, genders, diseases, and parts of the body. • Develop and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases.Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.Conduct routine check-ups, assessments, and vaccinations.Collaborate with other medical professionals and staff to provide coordinated care.Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for all patients. Qualifications: Certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Commitment to ongoing medical education.Ability to manage a diverse range of health issues in patients of all age groups.High on discipline, punctuality, courtesy, ethics, have a strong moral compass and you are compassionate.
