You have helped lead projects from start to finish and have a demonstrated track record of delivering quality, safely executed work at all stages of a project. You like to “do it right the first time”.You are a natural leader who sets a positive tone from the top. You know how to bring out the best in others, whether that is your fellow colleagues, trades, sub-trades, or labourers.You have excellent communication skills and can adapt your approach to suit the moment, and the person.
