**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Salary**:Start from yearly $90,000 to $100,000, grow based on performance up to $150,000**

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or in a similar construction management role.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment.
- Understanding of structure, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- **Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents.**:

- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA training, first ads) are a plus.
- Familiar with local construction suppliers, subcontractors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and leadership.
- Review work progress on a daily basis and schedule deliveries and subcontractor activities.
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status and plan ahead to prevent problems on site.
- Manage and mitigate risks by adhering to safety and health guidelines.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, construction managers, and clients to ensure all parties are on the same page.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
