As Assistant Site Superintendent on one of our high-rise sites, you'll provide leadership ensuring work is done safely, is well coordinated, and issues are corrected quickly. You understand how to maintain an effective flow with your schedule and stay in regular communication with your trades and Site Superintendent. Who You Are

You have 5+ years experience in multi-family concrete construction which ideally includes experience with rough-ins, structure, and building envelope.

You know what you are doing. You have helped lead projects from start to finish and have a demonstrated track record of delivering quality, safely executed work at all stages of a project. You like to "do it right the first time".

You are a natural leader who sets a positive tone from the top. You know how to bring out the best in others, whether that is your fellow colleagues, trades, sub-trades, or labourers.

You have excellent communication skills and can adapt your approach to suit the moment, and the person. You have grit and a can-do attitude when confronted with obstacles or challenges.

Finally, you have a 'can-do' attitude and are passionate about delivering work to be proud of.
