Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant - Cloud (Remote) This role is with CrowdStrike Services and focuses on the planning, deployment, and operational support of the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and related applications. The Senior Platform Consultant will manage all aspects of deployment from initial customer engagement through planning, installation, optimization, and follow-on support for CrowdStrike cloud modules and applications including Cloud Workload Protection (CWP), Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM), Application Security Posture Management (ASPM), and SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM). The role requires knowledge of cloud security best practices, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, scripting, and infrastructure as code. What You’ll Do Provide technical expertise for implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and related applications/modules. Modify and deploy Falcon Cloud Security solutions using Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation, and Terraform. Troubleshoot customer deployment issues across small to large enterprises. Utilize and engineer native and third-party software deployment technologies. Develop scripts and processes around Falcon sensor deployment. Plan and report software deployment status; work closely with customer IT teams. Provide mentorship and guidance to the Platform Professional Services team; foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Conduct training sessions to promote cloud platform best practices across the organization. Support customers with vulnerability and asset management using CrowdStrike applications; assist with integration into existing tools. Support Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams with deployment of Falcon modules and required internal tools/scripts for data collection. Lead educational series for Falcon Cloud Security and related applications within the Platform Professional Services team; facilitate collaboration with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams. Examples of projects include guiding customers deploying Falcon agents to ECS Fargate or Google Cloud Run, deploying Falcon Helm charts or Operators to Kubernetes, and integrating Falcon CSPM with AWS, GCP, or Azure using Bash, Terraform or APIs. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, and 5+ years of IT deployment experience or equivalent customer environment experience. Cloud platform expertise and certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCP; extensive knowledge of at least one public cloud. Extensive knowledge of cloud and container deployment technologies; strong CSPM knowledge. Expertise in Linux administration and CLI usage; extensive experience scripting with Python. Proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms; comprehensive customer-facing consulting experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills; broad experience in cloud, computer, and network security. Excellent problem-solving abilities and time management; ability to lead multiple customer engagements. Details regarding pay ranges: U.S. base salary range is $115,000 - $160,000 per year, with bonuses, equity, and benefits; Canada base salary range is $100,000 - $165,000 CAD per year plus incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
