About The Role CrowdStrike Services is seeking a Senior Platform Professional Services Consultant responsible for planning, deployment, and operational support of the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and related applications. The role requires technical skills in cloud security best practices, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, scripting, and infrastructure as code. What You'll Do Plan, install, optimize, and support CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security modules including CWP, CSPM, ASPM, and SSPM. Provide technical expertise for implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Falcon Cloud Security platform. Modify and write scripts to deploy Falcon solutions with Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation, and Terraform. Troubleshoot deployment issues across enterprises of all sizes. Utilize native and third‑party deployment technologies and script sensor deployment. Report deployment status and collaborate with customer IT teams. Mentor the Platform Professional Services team and conduct training sessions. Support incident response and compromise assessment teams with Falcon deployments and data collection. Assist customers with integration into existing tools and with vulnerability and asset management. Travel up to 25% of the time. What You'll Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of IT deployment experience in a customer or end‑user environment. Cloud platform expertise and certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCP; extensive knowledge of at least one public cloud. Knowledge of cloud and container deployment technologies and CSPM. Linux administration, scripting with Python, and proficiency on Windows, Mac, and Linux. Strong customer‑facing consulting experience. Excellent communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, time‑management, and leadership skills. Bonus Points Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI. Container: EKS, AKS, GKE, ECS, OpenShift, Docker. Registry: ECR, GCR, ACR, JFROG, Docker Hub, Red Hat OpenShift. Operating systems: Windows, Linux, Mac. Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Batch. Deployment: Terraform, CloudFormation, Helm.
