This role offers you the opportunity to travel and explore a variety of labs, so it is vital to have an appetite for continuously learning about new software technology, instruments, applications, and consumables. In addition, you will be applying communication skills, creativity, and a can-do approach.**Your main responsibilities will be:*** Analyze customer's needs, and translate this into SLIMS workflows* Configure the SLIMS platform to match the lab's requirements* Build plugins for connecting instruments or displaying custom forms or portals* Act as the customer voice to influence future product design to meet customer needs* Script a lab's in-silico tools into our integration framework**This is an excellent opportunity** for someone who has a keen interest in Lab Informatics and is seeking a new challenge, a curious individual who is driven to learn and has the desire to understand and solve customer problems to deliver customer success.This position will be based remotely in Canada.## ## **Qualifications*** Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.* 4+ years of hands-on experience in a laboratory in analytical, biobanks, pharma, biopharma, genomics, NGS.* Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python with proven coding skills.* Full proficiency in English and French.* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.* Eagerness to learn and adapt to new software technologies, instruments, applications, and consumables.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels.#LI-PK1**Additional Details**La fourchette salariale au Canada de ce poste est de 91,661.00$ à 161,700.00$ CA par an, et le titulaire est admissible à des primes, à des actions et à des avantages sociaux.
